Discussion about jokes
Jokes are important part of the life. But if there I'd no clear understanding, the joke can easily become offence and this is no fun.
Today brought one more example of such misunderstanding.
I atttempted a joke while working in the garden in a form of : it would be great if somebody brought me a showel. Interpretation was that instead of simply asking I choose bitching and this is not a good idea. Agreed.
The attempt of the analysis:
The black and white situation her is as follows
White: ask for the showel in simple plain voice
Black: sarcastically bitch about nobody ever brings ne the shower and does something else boring and not useful
In between we have a real life situation where everything depend on interpretation.

How to adjust everyday worries between different tolerance people
There is a joke that the relaxed, romantic and fun having boyfriend,
after marriage becomes stupid reckless spender and careless father.
Similar story is if you are lightheartedly leading the group of subordinated, who believe that you know what you are doing, they follow you happily and everything works OK.
Suddenly if the team of subordinates turns into the team of partners, they start questioning and finally you might be called reckless risk taker and moved away from the leadership position.

It is not because you behave differently, but because everybody have different levels of risk tolerance.
